Our quantity surveyors assist our clients through all the stages of the construction cycle, from the initial feasibility stage through to project completion and remediation. We have worked on several remediation projects and fully understand the requirements and expectations of the Building Safety Fund.

Tender Management

At tender stage we will prepare the technical specifications and pre-tender documents and send these out to selected contractors, who we ensure will be appropriate to carry out the work before inviting them to tender for the project.

Onsite cost control

During the construction phase we will visit the site to ensure that works are being carried out to the required standard, and in line with agreed schedules. This enables us to monitor spend and ensure that works remain within the agreed budget. Effective communication will ensure that you remain informed throughout.
